Jack passed peacefully away at home on Thursday February 19th 2009 after a long illness, aged 82 years. Loving husband of the late Barbara, beloved father of Linda.

He will be greatly missed by family and many friends.

Funeral service at Alphington Parish Church on Monday March 2nd at 3pm followed by a cremation.
