Tracey (nee Weston), formerly of Crediton, passed away on Wednesday August 13th 2008 in Derriford Hospital Renal Unit aged 40 years after a long illness bravely borne. Loving mother of Laura, nan of baby Ki, daughter of Cynthia and Tony, sister of Samantha.

Much loved granddaughter, stepdaughter, niece and friend.

Funeral service at the Exeter and Devon Crematorium on Thursday August 28th at 2.30pm in St Paul’s Chapel.
