The Simple Funeral Service (Limited Service Option)
As members of The National Association of Funeral Directors and The Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors we adhere to their Code of Practice Principles by offering a Simple Funeral Service
The Simple Funeral Service is a limited option, and comprises of the following:-
- Our limited professional services
- Provision of a basic coffin of our choice
- Transfer of the deceased from the place of death during normal office hours Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm excluding Bank Holidays
- Provision of necessary staff attending to the arrangements

Provision of a hearse direct to the crematorium or cemetery nearest to our premises
NO OTHER SERVICE WE PROVIDE MAY BE ADDED TO THE SIMPLE FUNERAL SERVICE.
The specification for the simple funeral is defined by the

The Simple Funeral excludes, but is not limited to the exclusion of the following services:
- Provision of a limousine
- Conveying the coffin into church or private address prior to the funeral
- Embalming
- Visiting the chapel of rest
- Compiling or printing hymn / service sheets
- Choice of coffin
- Administation of charitable donations
- Compiling or placing newspaper notices
- Arranging catering
- Ordering floral tributes
- Conveying floral tributes to a hospital or home after the funeral service
- Home visit to arrange the service
- Professional 24hour telephone advice service
- Collection and storage of cremated remains
The cost for our Simple Funeral is £1215.00 plus disbursements and is subject to the following conditions
- The arrangements must be made at our premises Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm excluding bank holidays
- A Simple Funeral is not available if any instructions have been received outside nomal working hours
- The funeral service must take place on the day and time offered by Le Roy Funeral Service
- Payment for all the necessary disbursements must be cleared before the service takes place, failure to do so will lead to the service being postponed until payment has cleared
- The final payment must be paid within 14 days from the date of the invoice
