LeRoy Funerals support Movember 2013.
As Funeral Directors we see the devastation that cancer brings to individuals and their families unfortunately on a near daily basis.
Because of this we have decided to take part in ‘Movember’ which will see the guys growing moustaches throughout the month of November to help raise money for this deserved cause. ‘Movember’ raises money to help fund treatment and research into Prostate and Testicular cancer and Men’s mental health issues.
Mr Andrew Wreford a partner at LeRoy Funeral Service said, “Several members of the ‘LeRoy Boys’ Team have had relatives treated for Prostate Cancer and I have also had successful treatment for cancer so this is something that is very close to home and we are very proud to be supporting this worthy cause”
As women, Funeral Directors within the company Sabina Rhodes and Michaela Greenslade have become ‘MoSistas’ to help support their colleagues. As well as this they will be raising funds by holding a charity tea, coffee and cake stand at the Exeter and Devon Crematorium on the 18th-22nd November. We would like to thank Manager Kelly James and all the staff for their help with this and also to Paul Banks and his team at Fresha Catering Exeter.
