Regional Funeral Planner of the Year Award 2018
LeRoy Funerals has been shortlisted for an award at this year’s Funeral Planner of the Year Awards, run by one of the UK’s leading funeral plan providers, Golden Charter.
Taking place on Saturday 15th September at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh, the annual event celebrating the achievements of independent funeral directors will be hosted by Scottish radio broadcaster and journalist Ken Bruce.
Suzanne Grahame, Golden Charter’s Chief Executive, said: “Since joining the company, I have been humbled by the dedication our full network of independent funeral directors show to their families. This nomination demonstrates the excellent service the team from LeRoy Funerals has delivered to their local community, by helping individuals through the funeral plan process and supporting families when they need it the most. We look forward to celebrating with LeRoy Funerals as we host our 25th awards ceremony.”
The Funeral Planner of the Year Awards will mark the biggest annual gathering of independent funeral directors in the UK, who make up a majority of the funeral profession.
We are extremely proud to be nominated for this award, it shows the dedication and commitment of our team in working with those who wish to plan ahead.
Twenty years ago we were one of three funeral directors nominated for the South West Region Award. My business partner / brother Nicholas and I travelled to Cameron House Loch Lomond Scotland to attend the ceremony. We were delighted to be awarded the 1998 South West Regional Winners.
I am very pleased that LeRoy Funerals will be represented this year in Scotland by four of our qualified Funeral Directors Paul weeks DipFD. Michael Leyman DipFD CertFP. Leon Elliott DipFD. and Daniel Everett DipFAA.
